Operative Profile
Peter P. spent twenty-two years researching and writing The Tempest Toss, drawing on the United States Coast Guard's Authors Program, declassified Cold War history, and a scientist's insistence on getting the physics right.
A chemist with a Master of Science from Georgia Tech, he brought the same rigor to the EMP threat that he has spent thirty years applying to complex technical problems. He lives in Texas — close enough to the border to watch the real war being fought there, and close enough to the truth to know what fiction can say that the official record cannot.
